Preston Redwine
Preston has spent over 22 years in the field of fitness and health/wellness. He is a highly skilled National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist, proficient in biomechanics and assessing the body’s musculoskeletal imbalances, with ability to efficiently correct and enhance body performance. He is also a Licensed Massage Therapist & Bodyworker with a focus applying PNF, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Myofascial, and Deep Tissue techniques.
Preston has a wide range of experience working with clients participating in physically demanding activities that are sport and non-sport related. His personal sports experience includes N.C.A.A. Div. III (soccer and tennis); scholastic (basketball, lacrosse, swimming, and diving); recreational (pickleball, golf, snow slalom skiing, and water skiing); armature (Judo, and BMX racing.)

When not working or getting an energizing workout in, Preston enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, playing golf, winter and water sports, hiking, camping, archery, and fly fishing.
