Performance Enhancement

As performance enhancement specialists, we bridge the gap between science and practical application in any physical activity. We focus beyond isolated and uniplanar strength exercises, which sometimes can hinder body performance. To efficiently perform dynamic movement patterns, while preventing injury, we functionally train the body in all three planes of motion, focusing on both force production and deceleration. This improves control and efficiency of body movement. At 360 Fitness & Health, we will restore proper muscle recruitment patterns, and build core and joint stability. This is done while increasing strength and power for better biomechanics. The result will be improved body performance and becoming more injury-preventative.
